The Integrated Training Project is based on Class and IMO Rules (Regulatory Compliance), integrated with STCW Code (NORMAM 13) and ISM Code.

This training project aims at integrating Regulatory Compliance with the requirements of ISM/STCW Code and NORMAM 13, whose Company has an obligation to provide resources and training to crew members, and these, in turn, must assume their responsibilities according to their responsibility foreseen in ISM/STCW and NORMAM 13, which are basically to carry out the Regulatory Compliance Maintenance, Operational Maintenance, complying with the contract requirements, IMO mandatory Conventions and Codes (SOLAS, MARPOL, LOADLINE, ISM CODE, STCW CODE, LSA CODE, FSS CODE, MODU CODE) and promote safe operation based on safeguarding human life at sea, preserving the vessel and preventing marine pollution.

This project represents a national culture paradigm change and that will bring our crews closer to the 1st world crews who follow entirely the requirements of IMO and the duties / responsibilities contained in the ISM & STCW Code.
